Hello i and my friends just bought killing floor and we want to play together and we both don t know how.

I was playing with a friend from epic that i had invited. Whenever i play with friends keep in mind we all live in america the game puts us in servers where we all have 200 ping. I want to play killing floor with friends. Your friend s game should now load for you.

But you can also play only with your friends if you start a server on your own. I just invite my friends to a party and join an empty server you can also make a party and use matchmaking to put you in a server with specified conditions like friends only but as of right now the only way to host your own server is hosting a dedicated one not sure if listen servers will be a thing in the future or not but until then i just find servers that have good ping difficulty. Last edited by rustyrocket. We got to level 8 10 in a match before the server disconnected us. If your friend is playing on a dedicated server all you need to do is click the view game info menu item on your friends list and copy the ip for the server. To create a private match in killing floor 2 all you need to do is add your friends to the game and matchmake.

The game is great and all but the matchmaking system in this game is probably some of the worst i ve ever seen keep in mind i played world of tanks.
