Jeep commander passenger floor wet.

I have water coming into my 2006 jeep commander on the right front passenger side. There have been a few of us with wet passenger front floor boards. I noticed the floor was wet. Watch how easy of a fix it might be before y.

The funny part of the story is when i started investigating the leak i even went to the dealership lot and went into every commander and felt the passenger floor board and they were all wet and smelled musty when you opened the door. 2002 grand cherokee soaking wet passenger floor well the drain was not clogged mechanic blew compressed air through the open drain tube it was fine. The floor on passenger side is soaking wet again. I have the same problem with my car mitsubihsi 2004 nothing in wet but the driver side under the matt can not find a leak its not the windshield its not the window seal there is no sign of water leak or wet spot to save my life i would love to fix it but i can not find water anywhere but the floor it makes it hard to repair if you cant find the water leak.

Apparently it is a hard fix as dealer says you can only access the hose under the vehicle by dropping the transmission and that is not a covered service under my extended warranty.
